Many pieces are made from reclaimed timber, natural stone, rattan, leather, linen, concrete, handmade ceramics or other organic materials. Variations in tone, grain, texture, cracks, knots, marks, movement, patina and finish are considered natural characteristics and are not faults.

Outdoor and covered outdoor products must be used with care and maintained appropriately. Exposure to direct sunlight, rain, moisture, salt air, humidity and changing weather conditions may cause natural fading, cracking, movement, rusting, mould, discolouration or deterioration over time. These changes are considered normal wear and are not treated as product faults.

As these are clearance items, products may include discontinued stock, ex-display pieces, seconds, samples or items with minor imperfections.
